Information We Collect
You provide
Account information: Name and email address. Passwords are stored only as salted, hashed values.
Scheduling preferences (optional): Session names/times you add for your routine.
We generate
User Identifier: A unique user ID assigned to your account.
Notification token: If you opt into reminders, we process a device push token solely to deliver notifications.
We do not collect health data, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or advertising identifiers.
How We Use Information
- Create and manage your account, authenticate you, and provide the App.
- Schedule sessions and send reminders you request (push or email, if enabled).
- Maintain security and integrity of the App (e.g., detecting misuse, troubleshooting).
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
Legal bases (EEA/UK)
- Contractual necessity (to provide the App you request).
- Legitimate interests (App security and preventing misuse).
- Consent (for reminders/notifications or certain communications where required; you can withdraw anytime in settings or by contacting us).
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross‑context behavioral advertising. We share information only with:
- Service providers operating on our behalf (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery, push notification services) under contracts that restrict their use.

Data Retention
- We retain account information while your account is active.
- When you delete your account, we delete or de‑identify personal data within [30] days, except for limited records kept to comply with law or resolve disputes.
- Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis and fully purged within [30] days after deletion.
Security
Passwords stored as salted, hashed values; data in transit protected by TLS. We restrict and log access to production systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we work to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries that may not offer the same level of protection as your home jurisdiction. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses).

Account controls

You may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent). You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
U.S. residents (including California)
Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, and to opt out of sales or sharing. We do not sell or share your data for cross‑context behavioral advertising. Use in‑app controls or contact us to exercise your rights.
